About GLYNT.AI

GLYNT.AI is on a mission to accelerate solutions to climate change with trusted, finance-grade sustainability data. Our intelligent data platform turns unstructured data—such as utility bills, business invoices, building sensors, emissions monitoring, procurement data and so on —into accurate, auditable, compliant sustainability and environmental data that is ready to use by enterprise customers, asset managers, and climate-tech platforms.

Trusted by global financial institutions and Fortune 500 enterprises, GLYNT.AI reliably bridges the critical gap between sustainability and finance. Our data is used to raise capital, meet rigorous financial disclosure requirements, prepare energy and emission reduction plans and to save energy, water and money. We’re scaling fast, and looking for an experienced partnership professional who can identify and activate the next generation of ecosystem relationships.

The Role

As Strategic Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-leverage partner ecosystem—spanning enterprise platforms, climate tech vendors, sustainability consultants, data marketplaces, and systems integrators.

This is a cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and commercial instinct. You'll develop and own partner relationships that drive revenue, extend GLYNT.AI’s reach, and strengthen our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and activate high-potential partners aligned to GLYNT.AI’s GTM strategy

• Develop joint value propositions and lead co-selling motions with platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft & IBM), consultancies, and ISVs

• Collaborate closely with product and marketing to build scalable partner programs and enablement content

• Own partner negotiations, contracts, and business planning

• Influence partner roadmaps through clear articulation of market needs and customer value

• Drive revenue through partner-influenced pipeline and sourced opportunities

• Monitor and report on partner performance, KPIs, and strategic impact

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise SaaS, ESG/climate tech, or data platforms

• Strong understanding of the ESG and sustainability data ecosystem, including frameworks like GHG Protocol, CDP, CSRD, and the SEC climate rule

• Demonstrated ability to execute complex partner strategies and GTM programs

• Experience with co-selling and co-marketing alongside global partners such as IBM, Salesforce, Microsoft, or consulting firms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail, accountability, and strategic thinking

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Environmental Science, Data Science, or related fields

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience standing up formal partner programs or marketplaces

• Prior work in a venture-backed growth-stage company

• Understanding of partner attribution, revenue tracking, and ecosystem metrics

Why Join GLYNT.AI?

• Be part of a mission-driven company transforming the sustainability data tech stack

• Build a category-defining partner ecosystem from the ground up

• Equity upside in a high-growth, venture-backed company

• Flexible remote-first culture with global reach and shared ambition

• Collaborate with a world-class team in climate tech, machine learning, and data science
