Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key driver in the design, development, and maintenance of our scalable automation solutions that power our comprehensive Linked In ecosystem. You will work on complex projects spanning backend development, cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS, and integration of sophisticated user-facing features using Python, Node.js,

and JavaScript. This position requires deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient software that directly impacts the way professionals connect and engage in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend and API Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python, Node.js, and JavaScript to support our automation suite.

Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that facilitate seamless data exchange between our automation modules and external systems.

Optimize code performance and ensure scalability to handle large volumes of concurrent automation tasks.

Cloud Infrastructure & Dev Ops:

Leverage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo

DB, S3, etc.) to deploy and manage microservices architectures.

Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform to ensure reproducible, scalable, and secure deployments.

Develop CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to guarantee high availability, quick iteration cycles, and continuous integration.

Data Scraping & Automation Modules:

Build advanced data scraping solutions to extract actionable insights from Linked In profiles, groups, and pages.

Develop automation scripts that intelligently interact with the Linked In platform—automating tasks like endorsements, messaging, content engagement, and event management.

Integrate data analytics modules that assess connection quality, track engagement metrics, and facilitate targeted outreach.

AI and Cybersecurity Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered features that enhance automated messaging, content recommendations, and cybersecurity measures.

Implement algorithms for detecting and mitigating spam, fake profiles, and phishing attempts, ensuring robust protection of user data and communications.

Participate in designing and executing performance benchmarks, security audits, and compliance assessments.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists to refine product features and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

Engage in regular brainstorming sessions, design discussions, and strategy meetings to align development efforts with business objectives.
