• 10+ years of full stack development (front-end and back-end)
• Proven experience working with or building Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Proficient in React/Angular, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Familiar with Linux-based systems and edge device integration
• Hands-on with OPC, MQTT, and/or DNP3 protocols
• Strong understanding of grid-connected assets, real-time control, and telemetry
• Experience integrating optimizers/schedulers like CPLEX, GAMS
• Built or supported cloud-to-site architectures for BESS, solar, or DER systems
• Experience collaborating with hardware and market interface teams
• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and system integrator
