We are looking for a creative and detail oriented AI Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for the pr...ocess of sourcing visual references and executing instructions to create consistent AI characters that align with our brand standards.

This position has a fixed monthly payment, so you always know your expenses will be covered, AND you’ll also receive specific bonuses for achieving desired results.

The two must-have skills are being a fast learner and having a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Selection: You’ll be responsible for finding the right reference pictures on Pinterest. You must have a great eye for what looks high-quality and "real."

• Character Creation: You will build AI characters from scratch using your sourced images. You must be able to "tell" the AI exactly what the character should look like through precise prompting.

• Refinement: Once the AI characters are generated, you will edit them to ensure they meet our specific aesthetic standards.

• Fast Communication: You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming team messages within 5 minutes during working hours.

Don’t be overwhelmed, the onboarding process will be long and detailed.

You’ll need to be online every day 12 PM to 10 PM Nigeria time, 5 days a week.

You won’t be working nonstop during this time, but you should be ready to complete tasks and answer the team ASAP.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI and content creation tools or at least willingness to learn

• An extremely stable and FAST internet connection

• A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can deliver content in any conditions.

• A laptop.

• High attention to detail, you must be able to spot tiny glitches in AI images.

This position has a three-month probation period; you’ll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three month period.

You will be paid $500 fixed + up to $300 in bonuses after the probation period.
