700AAps seeks a highly motivated and experienced AI Lead to join our dynamic team.

As an AI Lead, you will lead a talented group of AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI solutions (NLP-LLM focused) for our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and shape the future of AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies such as Gen/Agentic AI and its tools.

• Design and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• Design offline evaluation metrics and online evaluation metrics that leads to the success of the project

• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

• Ensure the timely delivery of AI projects within budget and scope, while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of AI solutions, and provide technical expertise.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

A Ph.

D. in AI or a related field is a plus.

• Proven 10+ years of experience in areas of machine learning, recommendation, and natural language processing.

• 5+ year of experience leading AI projects, preferably in a software development or consulting environment.

• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing projects that involve LLM.

• 5+ years of customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Solid understanding of data processing, data analysis, and feature engineering techniques.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Experience in DevOps/MLOps methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
