Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of our AI Receptionist platform — overseeing technical direction, guiding development efforts, and partnering closely with executive leadership to evolve a proven, production system
  • This person will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, operations, and AI
  • You’ll ensure our technology continues to scale, stay reliable, and deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • Oversee engineering quality — drive scalability, security, and performance across services and integrations
