Responsibilities
- We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of our AI Receptionist platform — overseeing technical direction, guiding development efforts, and partnering closely with executive leadership to evolve a proven, production system
- This person will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, operations, and AI
- You’ll ensure our technology continues to scale, stay reliable, and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Lead technical direction for our AI Receptionist platform, from system architecture to production deployment
- Oversee engineering quality — drive scalability, security, and performance across services and integrations
- Partner with product and leadership to translate business goals into technical execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, AI/voice partners, and client systems
- Guide and mentor future hires as the team expands
- Continuously improve infrastructure, testing, and monitoring to support reliable growth
