• Build AI-powered tools that make agency teams sharper at the things they already do well

• Strategy, creative, communications, client counsel, campaign execution, production, influencer marketing, etc

• Find the problems that are costing our agencies time and attention and turn those into products that solve them

• Work directly with the strategists, creatives, and account leads who will use what you build

• Present finished tools to agency leadership across the ACC network

ACC AI Lab is a first-of-its-kind six-week summer program where a small team of marketers and builders will create AI-powered tools for the agencies inside our company.

You'll work alongside strategists, creatives, and account leads who will use what you build.

The agencies you'll work with - Advisory , DKC , MKG , PMK Entertainment, Trailblaze , HangarFour , Pi...nk Sparrow , and Ingenuity - work across PR, marketing, entertainment, experiential, talent representation, and influencer for some of the most recognized brands in the world.

ACC Intelligence is the AI division that powers all of them.

That's where you'll sit.

What You'll Do

• Learn how our agencies operate from the inside.

How teams are structured, how work moves and how decisions are made

• Build AI-powered tools that make agency teams sharper at the things they already do well. Strategy, creative, communications, client counsel, campaign execution, production, influencer marketing, etc.

• Find the problems that are costing our agencies time and attention and turn those into products that solve them

• Work directly with the strategists, creatives, and account leads who will use what you build

• Present finished tools to agency leadership across the ACC network

Who Should Apply

What matters most is that you are curious about AI, interested in how brands and culture work, and eager to build things that people actually use.

If you have made something with AI, whether for a class, a job, or just because you wanted to, we would love to see it.

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with agency or marketing work in any form: PR, content, experiential, influencer, entertainment, business development, or similar

• Builders who can turn an idea into a working tool with AI

• Sharp prompters who know how to get the best output from AI systems

• A bias toward making things.

You see a problem, you build the solution

Preferred but not required:

• Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, computer science, data science, or design

• Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Airtable, Figma, or similar platforms for building with AI
