Full-Stack AI Engineer

Job description Mission of the Role

As a AI Engineer, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives that drive business impact across Asia Pacific.

You will work on data analytics, machine learning, and knowledge management projects, helping prototype solutions that scale across domains and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Machine Learning

• Develop predictive models for time series f...orecasting (ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet)

• Implement classification and clustering algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, K-means).

• Perform feature engineering and manage MLOps pipelines (A/B testing, drift detection).

• Apply models to use cases such as sales forecasting, churn analysis, and predictive maintenance.

• Knowledge Management

• Design and optimize vector database architectures for efficient retrieval.

• Implement graph databases for semantic search and knowledge graph construction.

• Build hybrid search systems combining vector, keyword, and graph-based approaches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype AI solutions aligned with business needs.

• Document research findings and contribute to scalable AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in these technical skillsets:

• Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

• Knowledge of database systems, vector search, and graph technologies.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model deployment.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, research-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI agents, and chatbot development.

• Exposure to knowledge management systems and semantic search.
