We are seeking a Founding AI Architect & Technical Lead who can balance rapid innovation with strong architectural foundations.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide junior developers in leveraging AI tools effectively—while maintaining structure, scalability, and security across all systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Engineering & Governance:

• Define and implement AI coding standards (e.g., structured prompt frameworks, system rules).

• Establish best practices to ensure AI-assisted code aligns with architectural and security standards.

• Oversee responsible use of AI development tools to enhance productivity without compromising quality.

System & Data Architecture

• Design and maintain scalable hybrid data architectures supporting:

• Relational databases (SQL) for structured application data.

• Vector/NoSQL databases for AI-driven applications such as RAG pipelines and model training.

• Ensure system design supports scalability for 100K+ users.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead through hands-on pair programming and structured code reviews.

• Mentor junior engineers on modular architecture in and Python/FastAPI.

• Promote clean coding practices and production-grade engineering discipline.

Infrastructure & Production Readiness

• Convert AI-generated prototypes into secure, production-ready microservices.

• Implement containerized solutions using Docker.

• Enforce security-first code audits and reliability best practices.

Data Pipeline Collaboration

• Collaborate with the data team to ensure high-quality data ingestion and cleansing.

• Oversee structured data flow for both product platforms and AI model fine-tuning initiatives.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Full-Stack Development:

Advanced proficiency in React (Frontend) and (Backend).

• AI-Assisted Development:

Strong practical experience using AI coding tools effectively in production workflows.

• Database Management:

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).

• DevOps & Security:

Solid experience with Docker, microservices architecture, and secure code auditing practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Passion for mentoring and enabling junior developers.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguity-driven startup environments.

• Believes AI-generated code requires refinement, validation, and optimization before deployment.
