Analytics & AI function, working closely with the Generate (AI products) and Integrate (applications) teams.
Your mission: ensure AI solutions are adopted, compliant, embedded into daily workflows, and delivering clear business outcomes.
A core part of this role is establishing a robust orchestration layer using UiPath, supported by a governed data foundation in Snowflake and enterprise AI capabilities across Azure AI.

Key Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Value Realisation
• Drive organisation‑wide adoption of AI solutions to maximise ROI.
• Measure and communicate performance, usage, and business impact.
• Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation and enablement plans.
Operationalisation & Change Management
• Build and run the operating model for AI deployment, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Lead change management activities: stakeholder engagement, comms, training, and readiness.
• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into simple, practical user experiences.
Orchestration Backbone (UiPath + Enterprise Execution)
• Own the execution layer for AI workflows, ensuring stable, repeatable production operation.
• Implement human‑in‑the‑loop steps, SLA processing, monitoring, and operational controls.
• Drive workflow reliability through incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Align orchestration patterns with enterprise governance and security standards.
• Use Snowflake, Azure AI, and connected enterprise systems to enable adoption, measurement, and closed‑loop outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and global teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders seeking measurable AI value.
• Collaborate with Generate and Integrate teams to deliver high‑impact AI outcomes.
Governance, Compliance & Responsible AI
• Ensure secure, compliant, and ethical use of AI across the business.
• Work with Legal, InfoSec, and IT on policies, risk management, and user guidance.
• Proactively identify risks around data, privacy, and operational misuse.
Communication & Enablement
• Develop clear communications, training, onboarding, and success stories to drive engagement.
• Build communities of practice and user support models across regions.
About You
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in business transformation, digital adoption, analytics, AI enablement, or enterprise automation.
• Proven track record of scaling AI/analytics adoption in a complex, global organisation.
• Strong change management experience (ADKAR/PROSCI a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical content for broad audiences.
• Influence without authority; comfortable leading cross‑functional workstreams.
• High ownership, creativity, and collaboration.
• Experience in tech, distribution, or channel ecosystems preferred.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor at senior level.
Preferred (Operate & Platform Experience)
• Experience operating/scaling UiPath in production (Orchestrator queues, triggers, logs, governance).
• Exposure to enterprise AI and data platforms including:
• * Snowflake (data governance, metrics, AI enablement)
• Azure AI (enterprise AI services, security, responsible AI)
• Familiarity with global lifecycle practices (release readiness, adoption tracking, operational stability).
