The opportunity

As a Growth Engineer, you will own and execute product-led growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle.

You will identify growth opportunities, design experiments, implement them end-to-end, and measure their impact.

You will operate with significant autonomy.

There is no traditional product management layer — engineers define strategy, prioritise experiments, and deliver outcomes directly.

This role blends strong full-stack engineering capability with product intuition and analytical rigour.

What you’ll do

• Own and optimise a core growth loop (e.g. onboarding, activation, monetisation, expansion, referrals)

• Generate hypotheses using quantitative data (warehouse + product analytics) and qualitative inputs (user interviews, surveys)

• Design, build, and ship experiments end-to-end

• Work across the stack, leaning heavily toward front-end development while contributing to backend systems where required

• Analyse experiment performance and iterate quickly

• Improve time-to-value, retention signals, and revenue expansion metrics

• Contribute to CI/CD and production deployment workflows

• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams while maintaining independent ownership

What They’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React

• Ability to operate as a full-stack engineer, with strength in front-end development

• Comfort working on both client-side and server-side code

• Ability to query and analyse data using SQL

• Experience contributing to CI/CD and production deployment workflows

• Strong understanding of experimentation, UX thinking, and product iteration

• Interest in growth mechanics and conversion optimisation

• High level of ownership, urgency, and execution intensity

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience at an early-stage technology company (<100 employees) or as a founder

• Prior experience on a growth-focused engineering team

• Demonstrated work optimising onboarding flows, referral loops, monetisation journeys, or revenue operations systems

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS growth tooling and experimentation platforms

• Interest in LLMs, workflow automation, and AI agents

• Deep understanding of growth loops, retention mechanics, and network effects

• Experience with multivariate testing and cohort analysis
