AI-Native Product Engineer

The Opportunity

ADROLAB is an applied AI research lab in Dubai.

We build and ship AI products, agentic systems, and practical AI workflows for real businesses.

We are looking for an AI-Native Product Engineer: someone who is as excited by building useful AI agents and workflows as they are by making a product feel exceptional.

This is not a conventional frontend-only role.

You will use AI as a core part of how you think, build, test, and ship - while helping us turn ambitious product ideas into polished experiences quickly.

What You Will Do

• Build and improve user-facing AI products using modern web technologies, including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.

• Help design, prototype, and ship agentic workflows: systems where AI agents can research, reason, take actions, and hand work between steps reliably.

• Work with Agentic OS concepts and AI-agent workflows to turn internal capabilities into clear, useful customer experiences.

• Use AI coding tools and LLMs as a daily part of the development process - for exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and iteration.

• Create polished interfaces, onboarding flows, dashboards, landing pages, and product interactions that make complex AI feel simple.

• Prototype quickly, learn from user feedback, and take ideas from concept to production at high speed.

• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and product teams to shape what we build, not only how it is built.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• Strong practical understanding of modern AI: LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, prompting, tool use, automation, and the strengths and limitations of AI systems.

• Genuine interest in how AI can change the way products and businesses operate. You follow the space, experiment independently, and have opinions grounded in hands-on use.

• Proven experience building production web products with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.

• Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. AI should be part of your normal workflow, not something you have tried once.

• A strong eye for product quality: layout, typography, interaction design, responsiveness, and the small details that make an experience feel considered.

• Creativity and product instinct. You can see several possible ways to solve a problem and turn a rough idea into something people want to use.

• Fast-learning mindset. The AI landscape moves quickly; you are comfortable learning unfamiliar tools, models, APIs, and patterns as the work requires.

• Clear English communication, written and spoken.

• Based in Dubai or UAE

Especially valuable:

• Experience building AI-powered applications, agents, RAG systems, automation workflows, or AI integrations.

• Familiarity with agent orchestration, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, and guardrails.

• Experience with product motion or rich web experiences: Framer Motion, GSAP, Three.js, or React Three Fiber.

• Experience taking features from idea to live product, including customer-facing delivery.

• A portfolio, GitHub, demos, or case studies that show both technical ability and creative product thinking.

What Success Looks Like

You will help ADROLAB ship AI products that are genuinely useful, easy to understand, and beautiful to use. You will move comfortably between an agent workflow, a product decision, and a polished frontend implementation - learning quickly and raising the quality bar every week.
