You'll lead the development of intelligent assistants and complex reasoning agents that deliver exceptional user experiences through advanced natural language processing and agentic workflows.

This role requires someone who pushes boundaries, explores alternative solutions beyond conventional methods, and works closely with teams and clients to identify transformative use cases and rapidly prototype solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent conversational AI systems with advanced reasoning capabilities

● Architect and oversee the development of intelligent assistants and chatbots tailored to client requirements, including complex reasoning agents and specialized automation tools

● Build and optimize large-scale AI architectures supporting concurrent user interactions and complex workflows

● Guide technical strategy for implementing RAG and GraphRAG solutions for domain-specific knowledge integration, using best practices like MCP & A2A

● Deploy and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specialized use cases across different domains

● Lead team initiatives in developing custom agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and Crew AI for orchestrated multi-agent workflows

● Build robust query processing and resolution mechanisms with context-aware response generation

● Enable continuous performance monitoring and observability using frameworks like LangFuse and LangSmith

● Mentor team members and drive best practices in AI/ML engineering

● Integrate large numbers of APIs using tool calling and function integration patterns

● Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field

● 8+ years of proven experience building and shipping production-level AI/ML applications

● 2-3+ years in a lead or senior technical role with demonstrated leadership capabilities

● Strong programming and debugging skills in Python

● Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks

● Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration, knowledge graphs, MCP, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

● Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects

● Product mindset with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
