Role Overview

We are hiring Thai-English bilingual Tier 1 AI Trainers / Data Annotators to support large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives through foundational data annotation and labeling tasks.

In this role, you will help create structured datasets that serve as the “ground truth” for AI systems.

Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.

This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible project-based work and immediate task allocation for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Perform annotation and labeling tasks across multiple data formats, including:

Text

• Classification

• Tagging

• Sentiment labeling (Thai & English)

Images

• Object labeling

• Bounding boxes

Video

• Activity labeling

• Scene and object tagging

Audio

• Transcription

• Audio tagging (Thai & English)

Additional responsibilities include

• Following detailed annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy

• Conducting self-review and quality checks before submission

• Flagging unclear or ambiguous content for review

• Meeting daily or weekly productivity and quality targets

• Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Thai proficiency

• Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading comprehension required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good time management and reliability

• Must be available to start immediately or within short notice

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, transcription, content moderation, or labeling projects

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital platform workflows

• Experience working remotely or in freelance environments

• Comfortable working on repetitive, detail-focused tasks with consistency
