Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. Asa key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through proactive outreach, partner collaboration, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other innovative channels.
• Partner Support: Assist partners in demos and channel sales, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively present and sell our AI solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our AI solutions, showcasing their value in enhancing customer experience.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, leveraging your insights to shape the future of customer experience.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Track and manage your pipeline using our CRM system, providing accurate forecasts and insightful reports to the team.
Requirements:
• Experience: Ideally 2 or more years in complex SaaS sales in the BFSI, TMT or Healthcare space.
• Innovative Mindset: You're passionate about AI and its applications in customer experience, with a keen enthusiasm for sharing this excitement with others.
• Effective Communication: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to capture an audience's attention and keep them engaged.
• Results-Driven: You thrive on achieving and exceeding targets, driven by a strong sense of determination and drive.
• Quick Learning: You're eager to learn about our technology and the industry, quickly absorbing information and applying it to achieve results.
