Job Summary:

Join Tools & Technologies Experience (TNT) team to drive the digital employee experience transformation through AI/ML innovations. You will design and implement intelligent solutions that enhance HR services and employee engagement, by leveraging technology to create a seamless internal operating system. Collaborate across functions to build scrappy, high-impact prototypes and scalable products that transform employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities.

• Build early prototypes or functional MVPs, ensuring seamless system integration across HR tools.

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover AI/automation opportunities within HR processes.

• Design and execute quick pilots focusing on decision support, communications, and resource planning.
