About the Role

We are expanding our AI and automation practice across our group companies and external GCC clients.

We are hiring a senior

AI Automation Consultant

to lead transformation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies, designing AI-powered workflows, and delivering scalable automation solutions that create measurable business impact.

This is a senior, client-facing role fo...cused on discovery, solution architecture, workflow automation, AI implementation, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with leadership teams, internal departments, and external clients to design and deploy practical AI systems that improve operations and productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Discovery & Process Analysis

• Lead discovery sessions with internal departments and external clients

• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities

• Map current-state and future-state operational processes

• Build ROI-driven business cases for AI and automation adoption

AI & Automation Solution Design

• Design AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, RAG systems, document processing pipelines, and automation architectures

• Architect solutions using:

• OpenAI / Anthropic APIs

• n8n, Make, Zapier

• Vector databases

• CRM, ERP, HRMS, and telephony integrations

• Define implementation scope, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria

Project Delivery & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with automation engineers during implementation

• Validate outputs, conduct testing, and ensure production readiness

• Lead pilot deployments and user adoption initiatives

• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and scoping sessions

• Support proposal writing, solution presentations, and demos

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Responsible AI & Governance

• Ensure proper data handling and output validation practices

• Design human-in-the-loop workflows where required

• Address security, compliance, and operational risks in AI systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, automation, or solution design

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, intelligent automation, or workflow automation

• Proven experience delivering automation or AI projects end-to-end

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and evaluated AI systems

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier

• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or telephony/contact-center platforms

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to create professional reports, architecture documents, and client proposals

Preferred Qualifications

• Python or TypeScript knowledge

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases

• Background in logistics, telematics, fleet, or supply chain operations

• Experience working with GCC clients

• Founder, operator, or transformation leadership experience is a plus
