Job description Core Accountabilities:o AI/ML Support & Implementation:o Assist in developing, training, testing, and deploying basic machine learning models (e.g.,predictive analytics, simple NLP use cases, anomaly detection).o Support data collection, preprocessing, basic feature preparation, and validation activities forAI/ML models.o Help implement AI/ML solutions into existing systems under guidance from sen...ior teammembers.o Perform basic model performance checks and assist in optimization tasks.o Learning & Continuous Improvement:o Keep up to date with fundamental AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and best practices.o Support evaluation and testing of new AI tools and technologies under supervision.o Contribute to AI initiatives that support business functions such as agriculture, manufacturing,supply chain, and sales & marketing.o Data Analysis & Reporting:o Work with data analysts and business users to understand data requirements for Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends and potential AI use cases.o Prepare clear summaries and basic reports on model outputs for technical and non-technicalstakeholders.o Model Monitoring & Support:o Assist in monitoring deployed AI/ML models and report performance issues.o Support routine model updates, retraining activities, and basic troubleshooting.o Escalate model performance or deployment issues to senior team members when needed.o Collaboration & Documentation:o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and businessusers.o Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.o Ethical AI Awareness:o Follow organizational guidelines to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI solutions.o Support compliance with data privacy, fairness, and transparency standards.

Education and Certifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:• Minimum of 0-2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a businessenvironment.

• Basic to intermediate experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, andclustering).
