In this role you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, tapping into new markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing sales pipeline and helping us shape new innovative Al products to fit the market needs. You will autonomously lead sales initiatives, drive revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industries. Responsibilities - Establish a strong pipeline for Alibaba's innovative Al solutions - Execute go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales cycle, (over)achieving business KPIs - Manage the entire sales process, including supervising implementation phase and day-to-day operations - Actively acquire new accounts and develop own strategic growth plan - Co-develop GTM motions on new product launches and work with product teams on the creation of innovative new services. Create and articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers. - Build and manage strong relationship with prospect clients - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and algorithm teams. Effectively handle cross-cultural communication. - Understand the unique challenges and requirements of customers. Actively participate and contribute in end-to-end product and service feedback to ensure constant improvement in our solution offering. - Be proactive in problem-solving and ready to take on new initiatives and responsibilities as they

emerge. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve internal products and practices

Position Requirement

Requirements - Minimum 5 years of B2B tech sales experience in e-commerce SaaS industry (Al is a plus) - Highly entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and colaboratively - Proven track record in achieving quotas in enterprise software sales - Ability to deeply understand customer needs and tailor solutions with consultative approach. Be a problem-solver for customers - Excellent communication skills and ability to respect and navigate through cross-cultural communication channels. Strong business acumen. - Driven, results-oriented and a go-getter with a sense of accountability for your success with strong closing skills - Willingness to travel as needed - Fluency in Englishis a must. Arabic, Spanish, French or other European language is a big plus.
