BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in healthcare or life sciences

Change Management & Adoption

• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies across the department and among customers. Develop training programs and support materials to build AI literacy for employees and customers.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units, IT, and customer teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of AI solutions. Present AI transformation progress, outcomes, and opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, data scientists, and business analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in AI adoption.

Performance Measurement

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives and agentic platforms for both internal and external use. Use data-driven insights to refine AI strategies and maximize business and customer value.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and data governance policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption and operation.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for business and customer application. Drive ongoing optimization of AI platforms and transformation initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
