What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager for Agentic AI Solutions, you will lead a feature team responsible for building and delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions across C&P's core value chain.

You will drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure successful delivery of AI capabilities that enable productivity and growth across Demand Generation, Deal Execution, Opportunity to Cash, Adapt to Consume, Customer Success Management, and Cross Enablement.

Your role combines technical leadership and people management to deliver our Agentic AI ambitions.

Join the multi-disciplinary CE3 (Cross Engineering, Experience & Excellence) unit within Channels & Cross Engineering in Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT).

We partner across CPIT to design and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI—autonomous, goal-oriented agents that interpret intent, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and deliver outcomes with minimal human intervention.

We’re building a unified Agentic AI platform with reusable capabilities—contextual reasoning engines, safe-action frameworks, enterprise guardrails, and robust integration patterns—while emphasizing rapid experimentation, cross-team enablement, and ethical governance.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.

The targeted combined range for this position is 144,600 - 322,500 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.

Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
