About the Position

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & ITS Applications Trainer to join our team at Almajdouie. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or AI, with excellent training and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce training curricula, incorporating industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services, including logistics, content development, and facilitation.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training sessions, and program evaluations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

• Identify areas for improvement in e-commerce and digital business operations, developing targeted training programs to address these gaps.

RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or AI, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and data analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual, with fluency in Arabic and English.

• Experience working with SMEs in the Middle East region.

• Publications or speaking engagements related to e-commerce or digital business.
