Qualifications

• – Fine-tune open-source or proprietary LLMs on AMA-specific job, resume, and hiring data
• – Have 1–3 years experience building LLM/GenAI applications in production
• – Are fluent in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks Transformers, Weaviate, Pinecone
• – Understand the trade-offs between prompt tuning, embedding search, fine-tuning, and structured knowledge grounding
• – Care deeply about user experience, not just model performance, you measure success by “does this help a job seeker get unblocked?”
• – Are excited by the challenge of simulating human conversations across recruiter, coach, and candidate perspectives
• – Experience building multi-turn chat or memory-based agents
• – Worked on domain-specific LLM fine-tuning
• – Familiarity with vector databases, prompt evaluators, or LLMOps pipelines
• – High autonomy, rapid iteration cycles, and strong user feedback loops

Responsibilities

• – Build and scale LLM-based features that power resume feedback, interview Q&A, referral messaging, and career strategy planning
