About The Role:

We are partnering with a reputable Bank to find a strategic and technically proficient AI & Data Governance Manager.

This is a high-impact role designed for an expert who can bridge the gap between advanced technology and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish bank‑wide data governance standards and controls, covering data privacy, sharing, protection, and AI gov ernance.

• Define and maintain the Data and AI Governance Framework, including policies, standards, governance metrics, processes, and data control measures.

• Collaborate with business and support units to develop policies and guidelines, coordinate governance forums, and prepare materials for data and AI governance committees.

• Contribute to the enterprise data governance roadmap, driving improvements in data processes, efficiency, and risk management, while ensuring adherence to the Bank's risk control and regulatory requirements in day‑to‑day operations.

• Keep the Data Governance team informed of best practices, local regulations, and compliance requirements, translating these into practical, actionable guidance for the Bank.

• Lead and mentor team members, championing data quality and protection standards that enable best‑in‑class analytics and support new product and market opportunities.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in data governance with a proven track record in driving data control implementations in Banking

• Demonstrable and hands-on experience in authoring data governance policies, from initiating drafting to implementation

• Strong knowledge of industry-leading data management practices, data governance, and model risk management.

• Exposure to AI governance, model oversight, or evolving data/AI regulatory frameworks would be an advantage

• Outstanding stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Chinese.

This is a junior role for someone who wants to build real agentic systems from day one and learn how modern AI engineering, automation, and product thinking come together.

## Responsibilities

? Design and build agentic workflows and automations on n8n, plus Zapier / Make where they fit

? Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, Pi, etc.) to design and build tools and flows in any language the task requires

? Integrate LLMs into workflows ? primarily Claude and OpenAI, plus GLM, Kimi, Qwen, MiniMax, DeepSeek and others ? for prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and structured outputs

## Technical Skills

## Build And Deploy AI Solutions

? Build, deploy and support approved AI use cases, agents and reusable assets for internal audit.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Junior AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will help integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our premium digital infrastructure. Focusing on our Web-AI Hosting and ChatBot Hosting specialties, you will assist in developing intelligent systems that elevate our bespoke, high-performance websites.

This is a 50/50 hybrid role with an alternating in-office schedule based out of our primary location in Toronto, Ontario.

## Responsibilities

## AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Assist in designing and deploying models for our Web-AI Hosting and ChatBot Hosting services.

• Collaborate with frontend developers working with Next.js and React to integrate AI features into high-performance web applications.

• Optimize machine learning algorithms to ensure they align with our commitment to blazing-fast load times.

## Infrastructure & Security Collaboration

• Work alongside network engineers to ensure AI deployments are secure and operate in line with our 99.99% Guaranteed Network Uptime standards.

• Analyze real-time threat data from our automated DDoS mitigation systems to improve predictive security models.

## Administrative & Cross-functional

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our custom UI/UX design and overall digital ecosystems.

• Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot AI-related backend issues within our OnePanel central management interface.

## Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale agentic AI workflows for enterprise platforms, intelligent processes, and AI-driven client solutions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will architect multi-agent systems, integrate enterprise-grade LLM capabilities across Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude, and deliver production-ready AI solutions that meet the strict compliance and reliability standards of the insurance and financial services industry.

This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role where you will influence architecture, engineering practices, platform direction, and delivery execution.

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

## Agentic Workflow Design & Development

• Architect and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI

• Design agent orchestration patterns including task decomposition, tool use, context management, memory, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) flows

• Build reliable agentic pipelines handling document extraction, reasoning, routing, and structured output generation

## Technical Leadership & Modern Delivery

• Define AI engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across the engineering organization

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based systems
