Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong AI/ML project delivery expertise to manage and drive end-to-end execution of AI-driven initiatives for Juniper Networks.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, AI/ML implementations, data-driven projects, and enterprise technology programs.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, data science, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/ML and enterprise technology projects from initiation to closure.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Cloud, and Product teams.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource planning, and risk management strategies.

• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Track project progress, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Drive AI adoption initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Work with technical teams on AI/ML model deployment, automation, analytics, and cloud-based AI solutions.

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

• Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation plans proactively.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT/Technology environments.

• Strong experience managing AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Automation projects.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, NLP, or predictive analytics projects.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application delivery.

• Ability to manage distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.

• Experience in Networking, Telecom, or Infrastructure domain is a plus.

• Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ML Ops platforms is preferred.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Have

• Experience working with enterprise networking environments.

• Knowledge of GenAI use cases and AI governance frameworks.

• Prior experience working with large enterprise clients.
