Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Generative AI Content Producer to join ...our team in San Jose, CA, with a hybrid working option or fully remote for candidates in the PST time zone.

This role demands a creative individual adept at producing a wide range of multimodal content using cutting-edge generative AI models, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned assets are delivered at speed.

The ideal candidate will not only be generating content but also refining processes to enhance productivity without compromising the craftsmanship of the output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce multimodal content rapidly while maintaining brand integrity.

• Prototype, iterate and select winning content variants via controlled experiments.

• Incorporate feedback from marketing performance data to refine content quality.

• Ensure all created content adheres to brand, safety, and licensing guidelines.

• Stay updated with industry trends, evaluating and recommending new generative AI tools and models.

Must-Have Skills:

• Mastery in leading generative AI models and tools.

• Strong foundation in creative design principles.

• Knowledge in content and data governance, including licensing and brand guidelines.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in content production, especially in a digitally-focused domain, is preferred.

• Background in marketing or advertising, with an understanding of KPIs and performance metrics, is a plus.

Education:

• BS, BA, or MS preferred.
