The Role: Full-Stack Builder (AI-Native)

Location: Remote (anywhere within 24h of travel to KL, Malaysia)

Type: Full-time

Overview

This isn’t your typical dev job.

It’s a role at the intersection of code + product + growth — where you’ll write production code, shape product decisions, and help the company scale from 50 to 9,000.

We believe AI has permanently changed how great products are built — and the next generation of builders won\u2019t just “develop features” they\u2019ll think like founders and ship like hackers.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Partner with founders to translate strategy into shipped features

• Use AI copilots (and your own brain) to code, prototype, and iterate fast

• Contribute across the stack — frontend, backend, DevOps, APIs, architecture

• Dive into LLMs, agents, vector DBs, scraping, and anything else that drives product and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Critical thinker, clear communicator (especially in English)

• Builder-first mindset — you solve real problems, not just code for fun

• Comfortable with ambiguity

• You might not know all the buzzwords (polymorphism, DI, vector embeddings), but you know how to get them done with AI in your corner

What We’re Not Looking For

• Folks who identify strictly as Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or Developers — we need builders, not box-checkers

• Hardcore super coders who can’t think beyond syntax — AI is already better than you

• Anyone who expects Linked List, live coding sort of questions prior or during the interview

• You have endless certifications

• Contractual staff — we believe contractual staff would be replaced by AI soon
