Job Overview

APTWatch is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI systems for enterprise environments in Riyadh.

The role focuses on building intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, acting, and collaborating to support autonomous and enterprise-grade workflows.

The successful candidate will work across Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, AI orchestration, distributed systems, and production AI deployment.

The position also involves integrating AI agents with existing enterprise platforms and developing workflows, tools, monitoring systems, and evaluation pipelines that prioritize safety, reliability, robustness, and performance.

This full-time on-site opportunity provides strong career growth through exposure to emerging Agentic AI frameworks, AI safety, cybersecurity, data privacy, MLOps, and enterprise AI architecture. The engineer will collaborate closely with Product, Cybersecurity, and Platform Engineering teams while contributing to the development of next-generation AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Build AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, autonomous action, and collaboration.
• Develop multi-agent systems and orchestration architectures.
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise platforms and systems.
• Design workflows and tools that enable autonomous decision-making.
• Implement task decomposition, planning, and agent coordination mechanisms.
• Optimize AI agents for safety, robustness, reliability, and performance.
• Develop monitoring and observability solutions for AI agents.
• Build AI evaluation and reliability pipelines.
• Support production deployment of AI systems across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Cybersecurity, and Platform Engineering teams.
• Research emerging Agentic AI frameworks, technologies, and architectures.
• Apply AI safety, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles to AI systems.
• Contribute to MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing Agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge of multi‑agent orchestration, planning, and task decomposition.
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms:
• AWS
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with distributed systems and production AI deployment.
• Understanding of AI safety, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with RAG and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross‑functional teams.
