DialogPay is hiring a Conversational AI & Automation Lead to design and implement chatbot systems, automation workflows, and technical onboa...rding processes for merchants.

This role bridges AI automation, client onboarding, and system integration.

The candidate will work closely with sales and customer success teams to implement conversational flows and improve internal automation systems.

Over time, this role will grow into Automation Team Lead, managing junior automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Conversational AI & Bot Development

Design and build chatbot flows for WhatsApp and omni-channel messaging

Translate client requirements into structured conversational journeys

Implement AI-driven interactions using prompts, context, and memory

Develop reusable chatbot templates for different industries Automation & Integrations

Build automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make

Integrate bots with APIs, webhooks, and payment systems

Automate operational processes such as onboarding and notifications Merchant Technical Onboarding

Conduct technical discovery after sales handover

Configure payment flows and chatbot automation

Test integrations and support merchant go-live

Document implementation steps and templates Internal System Automation

Improve internal processes through automation

Reduce manual operational workload

Maintain documentation and automation workflows inside ClickUp Required Skills

2–3 years experience in chatbot, automation, or conversational systems

Experience with platforms such as Dialogflow, Botpress, ManyChat, or similar

Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON

Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering

Logical thinking and system design mindset Nice to Have

Experience with LangChain

Vector databases or RAG systems

Payment gateway integration experience

Experience using ClickUp or similar workflow tools
