  • Strategic Technical Guidance: Lead weekly technical reviews with ML scientists; offer hands-on feedback on model development and research pathways

  • Recommend innovative approaches when existing strategies yield subpar results

  • Academic and Collaborative Leadership: Cultivate relationships with academic partners, especially within Boston/Cambridge

  • Engage closely with professors, postdocs, and collaborators to foster a culture of innovation and establish credibility

  • Strategic Positioning and Visibility: Represent the company at conferences, investor meetings, and strategic partnerships

  • Assist in articulating and communicating the company’s AI/data strategy for both internal coherence and external visibility

  • Talent and Capability Building: Provide guidance on recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high-quality teams in AI/ML, computational biology, and bioinformatics

We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Advisor who will provide strategic and technical leadership in protein folding, structural prediction algorithms, and AI-driven drug discovery.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the data and AI foundations of an innovative biotech company, especially by integrating proprietary protein foot printing data into predictive models.

Your insights will guide the development of groundbreaking, publishable results that are crucial for our upcoming Series A funding within six months.
