Senior AI Solution Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-facing Senior AI Solution Specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives across AI adoption, application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture.

This role combines technical consulting, solution design, AI innovation, workflow / process automation and legacy modernization expertise .

You will participate in design, delivery end-to-end transformation solutions that modernize enterprise platforms while leveraging emerging AI technologies to create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Delivery

• Work with solution architects and technical teams to design solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
• Support the design and implementation of:
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure AI Foundry
• Generative AI and Copilot-related solutions
• Assist in defining data requirements, analytics models, and AI use cases.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Delivery, Technical implementation, Digital Transformation, Process / workflow automation and related client-facing activities.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in development and implementation. Delivering measurable values, operational efficiencies, and innovation.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability of client engagement.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale programs, projects, and change initiatives, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and industry best practices within technology and transformation environments.
• Professional certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI, Agile, Scrum, PMP, ITIL, Data Analytics, Change Management, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
