As our

Media / Marketing Manager

, you’ll take the lead on all things visual. From construction site shoots to curated reels, you’ll transform project milestones into compelling media that reflects the quality and

Key Responsibilities

Plan, capture, and edit multimedia content including photos, videos, and presentations.

Produce case studies, promotional videos, and time-lapse captures of job sites and events.

Collaborate with project managers to document milestones and showcase project success.

Ensure consistent branding across all content and manage the digital media library.

Contribute to web content, email campaigns, proposals, and newsletters.

Track media performance and refine strategies to maximize audience engagement.

Stay current on trends in digital media, construction marketing, and storytelling.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in media production, digital marketing, or visual content creation.

Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools.

FAA drone certification is a plus.
