Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise tech sales experience, including 5+ years in health plans or payers
- Proven success closing complex $500K–$2M+ ACV deals with long sales cycles
- Experience selling AI platforms, workflow solutions, data solutions, or analytics products to enterprise customers especially P&L Owners
- Strong business case selling experience—comfortable owning ROI models and value narratives
- Built or rebuilt a sales process from scratch, including lead gen, solutioning, procurement, and legal coordination
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-level
- Bias toward ownership, speed, and measurable outcomes
- Early-stage GTM experience specifically in Series A, B funded companies or PE backed companies
- Familiarity with payer workflows (UM, CM, Claims, Pop Health, value-based care)
- Experience scaling a sales team or function
- Deep technical background understanding AI, Enterprise Solutions

The Opportunity
We’re hiring our first Vice President of Sales to lead our GTM strategywith payers. This is a foundational role where you'll own multimillion-dollar enterprise deals, define our sales motion, and unlock growth with some of the most complex customers in healthcare.
