ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong network in Qatar, UAE, and KSA. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical solution sales and a deep understanding ofIT, OT, cybersecurity, industrial automation, and digital transformation. This is a key role for someone who can develop strategic partnerships, drive sales, and engage with key decision-makers in the region.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Market Expansion & Sales Growth

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in Qatar, UAE, and KSA.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients in the IT, OT, and cybersecurity sectors.

  • Leverage an existing network of industry connections to generate leads and close deals.

Pre-Sales & Solution-Based Selling

  • Engage with C-level executives, technical teams, and decision-makers to present tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with technical teams to understand complex IT/OT solutions and position them effectively in the market.

  • Deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Industry Knowledge & Relationship Management

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in AI, Cloud, Network Architecture, and Cybersecurity.

  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in IT, OT, and cybersecurity sectors.

  • Strong business network and connections in Qatar, UAE, and KSA (mandatory).

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise or B2B markets.

  • Deep technical knowledge in Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Server Virtualization, and Network Architecture.

  • Ability to drive complex sales cycles, pre-sales activities, and consultative selling.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent English, Arabic and other languages are a plus.
