Associate AI Platform Business Analysis Lead

Our client, a very well founded AI company, is actively seeking an AI Project/Product Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of their core AI features—from ideation and rapid prototyping to production scaling.

You will sit at the intersection of their engineering team and business stakeholders, ensuring AI models solve real-world problems while remaining scalable and reliable.

The role:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their AI-powered features.

• Identify use cases where AI/ML adds true, measurable value over traditional software solutions.

• Own and define the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and build effective feedback loops from early adopters.

• Set dual success metrics for the product: monitor traditional user KPIs (engagement, retention) as well as model metrics (accuracy, latency, recall).

• Specify data requirements, ensuring data quality, proper labeling standards, and pipeline health.

• Manage the unique challenges of probabilistic outputs, defining acceptable correctness thresholds and error boundaries.

• Act as a translator bridging business, UI/UX, and highly technical research and engineering teams.

• Prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Run rigorous evaluations, including A/B tests, offline validation, and edge-case testing to ensure reliable behavior post-launch.

What you offer:

• 5+ years of product or project management experience, ideally dealing with AI, machine learning, or GenAI products.

• Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as prompt engineering, context design, agent frameworks, and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini would be a plus.

• You thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of outcomes, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to build rather than just plan.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex AI mechanics into clear, actionable requirements.

• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) required.
