Data and AI Strategy Analyst Role

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of Data and AI to transform business and better serve customers?

We are pioneering the next era of Data and AI driven insurance at AXA UK&I, seeking a forward-thinking Dataand AI Strategy Analyst to help us navigate this exciting journey.

This role will influence our strategic direction, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

You'll drive AXA's AI revolution, being a catalyst for our data and AI ambitions, designing and executing our future roadmap.

You'll work across teams and with senior leaders, influencing how AXA leverages AI to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

We offer flexible working arrangements, with at least two days a week away from home, moving to three days a week in the future.

• Develop, execute and monitor AXA UK&I's Data and AI Strategy, ensuring it stays aligned with our wider ambitions and industry shifts.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across our Health, Retail and Commercial business units to identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of impactful use cases that demonstrate AI's potential across our business.

• Partner with data and technology stakeholders to ensure a strategic approach to how we evolve our underpinning technology, platform and governance to deliver our AI vision.

Requirements:

• Proven strategic thinking with a background in developing or delivering data and AI initiatives, preferably within insurance or analytics environments.

• Demonstrable influencing skills with a track record in collaborating with technical experts and business leaders to tease out business needs and build consensus.

• An analytical mindset with practical experience in assessing complex business needs, identifying solutions, and evaluating options.

• A forward-thinking attitude with a strong awareness of Data and AI trends and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
