Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI-savvy Technical Project Manager who understands large language models, vector databases, and prompt engineering—and how to integrate seemlessy a Next Js platform with Python end points—someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business teams, ensuring a structured process, clear task execution, and seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

This is not juste a project manager role—it’s a strategic and technical enabler role, guiding junior developers, optimizing technical processes, and ensuring our AI-powered platform meets business needs effectively.

You will work closely with the technical team in Cairo and interface with the business team in London, ensuring deliverables are met, technical blockers are resolved, and AI-driven workflows are optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End & Back-End Coordination: Ensure smooth integration between our Next.js front-end and FastAPI back-end by monitoring, validating, and improving development

cycles.

• Project Management: Oversee technical workflows with a deep understanding of LLMs, AI assistants, vector databases, web ans microservixes engineering to improve automation and scalability.Busin

• d Work & Hands-On Leadership: Be present on-site at least twice a week at our Tahrir Square office to work closely with the technical team, ensuring real-time collaboration, quick decision-making, and smooth execution.Techn

• AI & Automation Focus: Work with our AI-powered sales enablement technology to align automation strategies with business needs and enhance CRM-driven AI recommendations.

Who You Are

• 5-10 years of experience in technical project management, software development leadership, or AI-driven product ownership.

• Strong technical background in web development (JavaScript, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, MongoDB) is a must.

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, AI coaching, AI assistants, prompt engineering, and vector databases—someone who knows how AI can enable business processes.

• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers, particularly those with limited experience.

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

• Ability to make decisions quickly, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving efficiently.

• Fluent in English (to engage with the London-based business team) and Arabic (to collaborate with the Cairo-based technical team).

• Based in Cairo, Egypt, with the ability to work on-site at least twice a week in our Tahrir Square office.

Preferred Skills & Certifications (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI, or similar)

• Experience in AI sales enablement, CRM integration, or AI-driven automation tools

• Background in AI product development or engineering teams

• Familiarity with LLM-based platforms, AI-powered workflow automation, and AI coaching tools
