About the Role

Active Internet Marketing UK is looking for a driven SEO and AI Executive to join our growing agency in the heart of Stamford. This is a role for someone who can move at pace, think independently and bring genuine value to the team through insight, initiative and strong execu...tion.

You will help improve search performance, create useful and engaging content, support client growth and explore how AI can be used intelligently across research, workflows and marketing delivery.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in SEO or digital marketing who takes pride in accuracy, understands brand representation.

You’ll improve search performance, create content that is genuinely useful and experiment with AI to find smarter solutions for our clients.

Accuracy, brand care and a drive to overachieve are essential, we want you to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write and optimise content that performs well in search and delivers value to users

• Carry out on page SEO, technical SEO improvements and ongoing website optimisation

• Track performance across campaigns and websites, analyse data and turn insights into action

• Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Google Business Profile and Google Ads to support performance and reporting

• Research and test AI tools and workflows that improve efficiency, content development and marketing output without sacrificing quality or authenticity

• Work closely with content and development teams to implement recommendations and improvements

• Stay informed on SEO trends, search updates and AI driven developments shaping the future of marketing

• Respond to client queries professionally and confidently when required

• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on account progress and identify opportunities to upsell relevant services

What We Need

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or a similar role

• * Strong writing ability with a clear understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency

• Solid knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, analytics and performance tracking

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Google Business Profile and Google Ads

• A self-starter mindset with the confidence to bring knowledge, expertise and ideas to the table

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard

• A proactive and curious approach to testing new strategies, tools and AI-based solutions

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both colleagues and clients

Desirable

• Experience using AI tools for content, research, automation or optimisation

• Knowledge of content strategy and conversion focused SEO

• Awareness of emerging search technologies and AI led search experiences

• Previous sales or account growth experience

This job offer is a 5-day-a-week role based in the Active offices on Broadstreet.
