This is an exciting opportunity for an Adoption Specialist to join our team and drive the adoption and utilization of AI across our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with a proven track record of driving large-scale transformations.

• Assess change readiness and mitigate risks related to the people and change impact of AI

• Provide regular and efficient change-related reporting and insights into the performance of change communications and adoption of AI tools and resources

• Track, raise, and act to mitigate risks related to the people and change impact of AI

Requirements:

\

• 10+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment

• Proven expertise in large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on AI adoption and deployment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive AI adoption and engagement across the organization
