Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with .NET and C#
• Proficient in ASP
• NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server

• 4+ years' experience application and database development or related work experience is required

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, debugging complex applications, and collaborating in a team environment
• The AI/ML Software Engineer will have a solid background in software design using SOLID principles with HIPAA compliant datasets, and healthcare industry knowledge
• Design, code, test and troubleshooting applications utilizing the appropriate technology
• Maintain, modify and test existing applications; make approved changes in a timely manner
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications in Azure
• Help define the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and digital transformation efforts
• Translate the vision of business leaders into realistic technical implementations, while identifying misaligned initiatives and impractical use cases
• Design end-to-end AI architectures, from data ingestion to model deployment, integrating with cloud and on-premises systems
• Write and maintain programming documentation
• Understand and contribute to MLOps and LLMOps, focusing on operational capabilities and infrastructure to deploy and manage machine learning models and large language models
• Conduct research to provide technical solutions to scale AI/ML powered features for real-world challenges, making trade-offs based on quality, scalability, performance, and cost
• Gather inputs from multiple stakeholders to align technical implementation with existing and future requirements
• Audit AI tools and practices across data, models and software engineering, focusing on continuous improvement and feedback mechanisms

Blue Purpose is seeking a skilled AI/ML Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET, SQL, and AI/ML experience to join our IT team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, debugging complex applications, and collaborating in a team environment. Job Location: Remote. Tampa/Orlando Florida Resident preferred due to the team being in Florida.
