AI Agent & Automation Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities

I design and develop AI-powered agents to handle tasks such as customer support, lead qualification, content generation, and internal operations

I build and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n

I integrate APIs and connect systems including CRMs, websites, databases, and third-party services

I develop conversational AI solutions using platform...s like OpenAI, Dialogflow, or Rasa

I analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

I create and maintain documentation for workflows, systems, and integrations

I monitor performance of AI agents and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency

I ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all automation systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

I have hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI agents

I am proficient in API integrations, webhooks, and data handling

I have working knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python

I understand prompt engineering and how to optimize outputs from large language models

I have experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud platforms

I am comfortable working with tools like Airtable, Notion, and HubSpot

I have strong problem-solving skills and can think in systems and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

I have experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or autonomous agents

I am familiar with vector databases and embeddings

I have worked with tools like LangChain or AutoGPT

I have experience with workflow optimization in sales, marketing, or operations

I have a portfolio of automation or AI projects

Key Outcomes / KPIs

I reduce manual workload through effective automation

I improve response times and operational efficiency

I increase conversion rates through AI-driven workflows

I deploy stable, scalable AI systems with minimal downtime

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 30–60 days, I have identified key automation opportunities and deployed initial workflows

Within 90 days, I have built and optimized multiple AI agents that deliver measurable business impact
