• Oversee Research & Innovation: Work closely with medical professionals, AI researchers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions in Healthcare
• Build & Scale AI Infrastructure: Architect and optimize cloud-based AI pipelines using platforms like AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, HealthScribe, or custom AI stacks
• Ensure Compliance & Security: Implement HIPAA-compliant AI systems, ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory adherence
• Mentor & Build a World-Class Team: Hire, manage, and inspire a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive continuous innovation

We are building an AI-driven healthcare ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), medical research, and AI-powered diagnostics. We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical and research direction of BRIO Health.What You’ll Do

As the CTO of BRIO Health, you will:

• Lead AI & LLM Development: Drive the research, development, and deployment of healthcare-focused LLMs and AI models.

What we're looking for

• Expertise in AI & LLMs: Deep experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, embeddings, transformers, and AI search engines.

• Healthcare AI Experience (Preferred): Prior work in medical AI, clinical decision support systems, or healthcare research is a plus.

• Strong Research Background: Experience in AI/ML research with publications in top-tier AI or medical journals is highly desirable.

• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to architect, deploy, and scale AI-powered healthcare applications.

• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a passion for solving real-world healthcare challenges using AI.
