Job description Applied AI Program Design & Delivery Intern

• POSITION OVERVIEW*

• APPLIED INTERNSHIPS AT VECTOR*

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*- Assist in the development and management of AI upskilling and education programs, including talk series, multi-day workshops, and multi-week trainings;- Assist in the design, development, and management o...f AI programs and collaborative projects, including managing project plans and supporting logistics;-

• Support the delivery of Industry Innovation programs by coordinating and facilitating meetings with industry sponsors, preparing necessary documents, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up;- Conduct and audit research on content for AI talk series and webinars, synthesize findings from research papers, and perform literature reviews;- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and create reports for both training programs and collaborative projects; support end-of-course deliverables with comprehensive reporting; and,

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Industry Innovation work stream.

The specific project or program will be determined by the interview team’s assessment of your skills and your background, and will take into account your professional interests.

• PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE*- You are a self-identified Black or Indigenous student or postdoc (Indigenous ancestry or heritage - First Nations (status or non-status), Métis or Inuit) or a recent You are in second year or higher, studying at a Canadian university or college, or a recent graduate within one semester of

• You act as a technical translator to help non-technical people understand machine learning and other AI techniques.
