📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Seeking a strategic IT Director based in Egypt to lead all facets of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations for Americana Foods. This key leadership role involves managing IT budgets, shaping policies, and ensuring operational efficiency and security alignment with business objectives. You will spearhead digital transformation initiatives, directing the implementation of new technologies and fostering a culture of innovation within the IT team. The position requires overseeing departmental finances, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the technological future of a leading organization.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: EGP 240-250K - gross amount (pre tax) per month

Transport Allowance: EGP 35K (gross) transport allowance on top of the basic

Annual Bonus: 30% of annual basic salary on target (company & individual performance driven)

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum 17 years of progressive IT leadership experience.

▸ Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, networking, security, and enterprise applications.

▸ Proven track record in developing IT strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial performance.

▸ Experience leading complex IT projects, including implementation of new software, hardware, and applications.

▸ Strong experience in managing IT teams, including hiring, performance management, and fostering collaboration.

▸ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

▸ Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field.

▸ Specific experience within the transport industry.

▸ Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
