Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, product management, or AI/ML solutions
• Interest and experience in AI & Generative AI, demonstrated through education or hands-on work
• Strong business acumen in at least one industry or functional domain
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with the ability to participate in technical discussions in Latin American contexts

Responsibilities

• You will own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from identifying business problems and collaborating with stakeholders to defining objectives and adapting AI applications to fit enterprise needs

• Applying AI-driven demand forecasting for a major food manufacturer, reducing waste and improving supply chain efficiency
• Using ML and Generative AI for a national energy grid to identify and address outages in real-time
• Optimizing manufacturing processes with AI/ML to enhance throughput and reduce costs
• Implementing Gen AI at a large air fleet to maintain strategic advantage
• Shape the AI roadmap for Latin America's leading companies by identifying, validating, and tailoring AI solutions to address critical business challenges and unlock new opportunities

AI Solution Manager / Senior AI Solution Manager - Latin America

The AI Solution Manager / Senior AI Solution Manager - Latin America role is a unique blend of AI product development, solution deployment, and customer engagement. In this role, you will work directly with Latin America's largest companies to tackle complex business challenges, define scalable AI solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to bring innovations to life.

You will own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from identifying business problems and collaborating with stakeholders to defining objectives and adapting AI applications to fit enterprise needs.

In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts to deliver AI-powered solutions—both by tailoring existing applications and developing custom components to address customers' unique needs.

Qualifications:
