CabCall Experts is seeking a commercially driven CRM & AI Systems Manager to design, implement, and evolve a fully integrated CRM and intelligent systems ecosystem.

Job Description:

CRM & AI Systems Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising the Zoho CRM system to support sales, marketing, and customer relationship processes.

The role focuses on improving efficiency through automation, data management, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM selection, implementation, and optimisation (e.g. Zoho CRM)

• Identify and implement AI use cases (lead scoring, forecasting, reporting, proposals, client comms)

• Integrate CRM with project, finance, estimating, and marketing systems

• Build real-time dashboards and AI-driven insights for decision-making

• Drive adoption through training and promote a data-first, AI-enabled culture

• Continuously optimise processes, pipelines, and performance

Requirements:

• Proven CRM implementation and management experience (5–6 years, ideally with Zoho)

• Experience embedding automation or AI into business processes.

• BSCS/BSIT/Software engineering qualified preffered
