About the Role

Our client, a well‑known insurance company in Hong Kong, is seeking a Manager/Lead to join their Transformation Team.

This role will focus on driving AI adoption and data strategy across operations, leading both the Data and AI teams to design innovative solutions that strengthen customer insights, enhance lead generation, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

• Lead and manage the Data and AI teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight.

• Design and implement AI solutions that simplify processes, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable business impact.

• Champion AI awareness and adoption across business units, acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.

• Identify and prioritize business processes for AI integration, ensuring alignment with corporate transformation goals.

• Oversee customer insight and segmentation strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to improve targeting, personalization, and retention.

• Drive lead generation initiatives by analyzing internal/external data and mapping the insurance ecosystem for cross‑selling and partnership opportunities.

• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into actionable AI and data strategies, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable.

• Partner with technology teams to align solution design with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and ROI impact.

• Provide strategic input into sales campaigns and revenue generation programs, using data insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, AI solution design, or business transformation (10+ years for Lead).

• Proven track record in managing data and AI teams, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of AI concepts, solution design, and business applications (no coding required).

• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

• Knowledge of insurance products, operations, and market dynamics is an advantage.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, transformation, and customer‑centric solutions.

• Strong analytical mindset, able to identify opportunities from complex datasets.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
