Role Description The Programs and Partnership Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja, responsible for designing, managing, and scaling Catalyst AI Hub Africa’s core programs and strategic partnerships.
This role involves planning and executing internship and tech-entrepreneurship initiatives, coordinating program timelines and resources, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure impactful outcomes for participants and partner organizations.
The Lead will cultivate and maintain relationships with local and international partners, including startups, corporations, educational institutions, and community organizations, to expand collaboration and placement opportunities.
Day-to-day tasks include business relationship management, new business development, engaging with participants and partners, overseeing training delivery, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving program content and processes based on feedback and data-driven insights. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align programs with the hub’s mission, enhance participant experience, and support communication and outreach activities.
Qualifications
• Strong Business Development skills, must be able to lead our internal and external stakeholder engagement drive
• Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple initiatives.
• Robust analytical skills to evaluate program performance, interpret data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting program outcomes, and facilitating collaboration.
• Experience in training, facilitation, or curriculum support for tech or entrepreneurship-focused programs.
• Solid customer service orientation, with the ability to support participants, partners, and stakeholders professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development, stakeholder management, or community engagement within technology, education, or innovation ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with African tech ecosystems, startup incubation, or talent development initiatives is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ikeja (Ogudu to be specific), manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
