Female AI Teacher

We are a U.S.-based AI digital infrastructure and data center company seeking experienced capital-raising professionals with an existing network of high-net-worth individual investors throughout the GCC.

This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who understand private capital markets and have recent experience raising non-institutional capital from qualified investors, family offices, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Our company is focused on one of the most important investment themes in the world today: AI digital infrastructure, data centers, and next-generation compute capacity.

We are seeking to develop AI infrastructure and data center opportunities globally, including in the emerging markets of the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America — regions we believe represent the next major frontier for AI infrastructure growth.

Here's the wave you'll be putting in front of your investors:

• This year alone, the five largest hyperscalers — AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Oracle — are committing roughly $725 billion to AI infrastructure, and they cannot build fast enough.

• Over the next five years, AI-related capital expenditure is projected at $7.6 trillion (2026–2031), with 100 GW of new global data center capacity coming online by 2030.

• Demand has already outrun supply: North American colocation vacancy sits near 1.4%, grid interconnection queues run 4–5 years, and the U.S. faces a power shortfall exceeding 45 GW by 2028.

Translation: there is a generational shortage of exactly what we are builds, owns, and operates.

The compute is the asset.

The power is what makes it run.

And we're carrying that integrated model into the markets moving fastest — the GCC, the wider Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, where the buildout has barely begun.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Existing relationships with high-net-worth investors in the GCC

• Recent experience raising private capital from non-institutional investors

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, data centers, technology, private equity, real estate, or alternative investments

• Ability to communicate a sophisticated investment opportunity to qualified investors

• Strong credibility, professionalism, and investor-facing experience

• A performance-driven mindset

Compensation:

Stock options may be available for highly qualified individuals who can produce meaningful results.

This role is best suited for individuals who already have investor relationships and can immediately introduce qualified prospects who may be interested in an equity investment in an AI digital infrastructure and data center company.
