Think of it as an "AI SDR" for property - qualifying leads, answering questions, booking appointments, and eventually managing complete sales journeys through voice.

This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll be developing the MVP from scratch.

What You'll Build: A.

Phase 1: 1.

Develop an AI voice agent using platforms such as OpenAI Realtime API, Twilio, Vocode, or Bland.ai. 2. Handle complex, multi-turn conversations in both English and Arabic. 3.

Build functionalities for real estate lead qualification - budget screening, timeline assessment, property preferences, and appointment booking.

Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): 1.

Integrate CRM systems via APIs or webhooks. 2. Connect with WhatsApp Business API. 3. Develop a simple dashboard for agents to review call transcripts, lead scores, and qualified appointments. 4.

Train and fine-tune AI models on real estate-specific conversations.

Technical Stack: 1.

Voice AI Platforms: OpenAI Whisper, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Dialogflow 2.

Natural Language Processing for bilingual (English-Arabic) interactions 3.

API Development and Integration 4.

Call Recording, Transcription, and Analytics Systems 5. Frontend Dashboard (React/Next.js or similar) Key responsibilities: 1. Build and deploy end-to-end AI voice solutions from concept to production. 2. Integrate voice systems with CRM and real estate tools. 3. Manage technical architecture, deployment, testing, and iterations. 4. Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and improve functionality. 5.
